1. Who We Are

Replify ("we", "us", "our") is an Instagram automation platform operated from Tamil Nadu, India. We can be reached at support@replify.in.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

We do NOT collect or store:

• Your Instagram password
• Full credit/debit card numbers (handled entirely by Razorpay)
• Private messages content from your followers
• Any data beyond what is necessary to run your automations

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Replify Service
• Execute your Instagram automations on your behalf
• Process payments and manage your subscription plan
• Send you important service updates and notifications
• Enforce our Terms of Service and plan usage limits
• Improve and optimize our Service
• Respond to your support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

4. Instagram and Meta Data

Replify uses the Meta (Facebook) Login and Instagram Graph API to connect to your Instagram account. When you connect your account:

• We request only the permissions necessary to run your automations
• We access your Instagram posts, comments, and DMs only to execute your configured automations
• We store your Facebook User ID and Instagram Business Account ID to identify your account
• You can revoke our access at any time through your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites

Our use of Meta's APIs is governed by Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.

5. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We never store your full card details. Razorpay's privacy policy can be found at razorpay.com/privacy.

We store only:

• Your Razorpay payment ID (for reference)
• Your plan type and activation date
• Your subscription status

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Meta/Instagram: To execute your automations via their API
• Razorpay: To process your payments securely
• Legal requirements: When required by law, court order, or government authority
• Business transfers: In the event of a merger or acquisition, with notice to you

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:

• Your automation configurations are deleted immediately
• Your account data is deleted within 30 days
• Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law
• Anonymized usage statistics may be retained indefinitely

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

• All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Passwords and sensitive tokens are encrypted at rest
• Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only
• Regular security audits and monitoring

However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

9. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Revocation: Revoke Instagram access at any time via Facebook Settings

10. Cookies

We use minimal cookies necessary for the Service to function:

• Session cookies: To keep you logged in
• Preference cookies: To remember your theme and settings

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect Service functionality.

11. Children's Privacy

Replify is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected data from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at support@replify.in.

12. International Users

Replify is operated from India. If you are accessing the Service from outside India, your data may be transferred to and processed in India. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
